Gary Petris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University and worked in sales and marketing before joining Al Filer at the Lifetime Financial Planning Group.
In the fall of 1995, while enrolled in Al’s S.M.A.A.R.T.* course, Gary explained about his possible interest in a change of careers. This tied in perfectly with Al’s rapidly growing business. Within three months, Gary successfully completed the Investment Funds Course and later acquired his Life Insurance license. Soon after in February of 1996, Gary became a member of Al’s team.
Gary was an active athlete in his youth, playing basketball, soccer, and tennis. Now he favours swinging a golf club whenever he can. He also enjoys gardening and cycling in his spare time.
Gary has lived in St. Catharines most of his life, which is where he and his family currently reside.
